Health Insurance
Medical Health Plan: JTG contributes 60% of employee cost and 75% of dependent cost for CareFirst medical plan.

FSA (Flexible Spending Account):
- Employee Medical: $2,650 maximum annually

Insurance
Life Insurance: JTG sponsors Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment; employee may purchase coverage for their family at their own expense.
Long-term Disability: JTG provides Own-Occupation Long-Term Disability Insurance at no cost to the employee. Employee is entitled to receive 60% of his/her salary up to $6,000 a month until age 65 for a qualified event.

Leave
Paid Leave: From 14 to 22 days a year depending on tenure
